18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption

All visual content on Amature is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No actual human being was photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded to create it, and no real person appears in it.

Because the content contains no actual human performers, it is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All depicted characters are fictional adults, 25 years of age or older.
