Eilidh, 38, is curvy, with very long auburn curls and the freckles of a Glasgow redhead; she gives piano lessons from a walnut-panelled front room. Lashonda, 39, is thick and proud of it, with very long sleek black hair; her wine bar sits under stone arches in Houston, and her pictures are lit by its candles once the door is locked.
